What makes the Mooste manor special?
At the historic Mooste manor complex, you will find the largest conference hall in South-East Estonia as well as a cosy room in the Guest House for a private week of teleworking. The manor houses a variety of workshops with different craftsmen from here and abroad, and offers accommodation, catering, and time to yourself.
The manor’s cattle shed, or Folk House, as it is called today, hides the largest hall on this side of the Emajõgi River, which can accommodate up to 600 people for a conference (about 150 with tables). The hall is equipped with modern sound, lighting and presentation equipment, so why not end a busy conference day with an entertaining concert.
The Linakoja Guest House, located in a manor-era woodworking shop, is open to both individuals and groups, for work or for leisure. Warm meals are taken care of in the house by Café Sume Sõstar.
Inspiration can be drawn from the various workshops operating at the manor, or you can even join in the training courses they offer, from woodworking to fine wines, or from printmaking to clay meditation.
After work (or even during a break), you can relax in the private spa in the old manor’s dairy or swim in Lake Mooste. The soul of a gatherer can find post-workday happiness in the nearby blueberry forests.
We welcome individual seekers of peace and tranquillity as well as collectives of all sizes – just let us know what you are looking for!
